Blissful wedding cake :)

I made this wedding cake for my friend Genevieve for her special day !
It was a vanilla sponge with a caramel filling.
I was really pleased with how the cake turned out and most importantly the bride was happy with it !

Red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese frosting

I made this batch last night for a birthday order ...

The red velvet cupcakes came out perfectly and combined with the cream cheese icing was definitely a 10/10!
I topped each of the cupcakes with a few sugar crystals ..

This was a strange request for birthday cupcakes for a nine year old .. but she knew exactly what she wanted and even knew what colour the 'sky' should be!!

Wedding cake & cupcake tower ..

Vanilla cupcakes with swirled white buttercream icing with bronze decor sugar balls. The cupcakes are vanilla and the cake is a plain vanilla sponge with caramel layers covered in white fondant.

1 Year birthday - "a bug's life" theme party

This was " a bugs life"  themed party , for a 1st birthday party .. bright colours and various icing designs, techniques and decor were used to make these cupcakes appealing to 1 year olds ..

Baby shower cupcakes

These cupcakes were individually wrapped in perspex boxes for each of the ladies attending the baby shower .

Pastel colours were used for the buttercream icing and the cake itself was a light vanilla cupcake
